And before our "resident expert" chides in, I'll simply offer the reality these days - government pay and benefits are SO awful that the turnover now is insane - once someone know the lay of the land, they immediately hit the "revolving door" at the very first opportunity which benefits the regulated and pays DAMNED well. :(This is the reason why we're all getting screwed. Very few have any intention of making it to retirement the way government is wired now. :( |
