Moral taboos against murder are cultural universals.

Murder is usually described as the killing of a human being in situations other than negligent homicide, self-defense or war.
If you believe that a fetus is a human being, then the deliberate killing of such an innocent human being cannot be described as anything other than MURDER.

If you support such killings anyway, you are not only a moral relativist.

You are an accomplice to genocide.
