That decision belongs to the woman involved alone and her doctor. It is HER personal belief that will weigh in HER decision.Before the point of viability where the state has a right to enforce an interest, nobody has a right to interfere. All those waiting periods, all those invasive ultrasounds should be thrown out. All proven safe procedures should be widely accessible. Medically driven (life, health of the mother, high risk delivery as a result of severe quantifiable birth defect) should be legal available and safe throughout the term, elective termination until viability (traceable EEG as established). |
