I prefer children get fed by any means necessary as opposed to letting them starve.I agree with Rep. Lee, they are transitional funds, meant to shore up a family until they can get back on their feet again. If that message got across to all, left and right, a better perspective on how they are being used would emerge and these necessary programs would remain properly funded, especially child care needs which are the most enabling to parents to work and/or study to enable support and a better future for their families. |
