Uh huh. You are aware that most of upstate lost population from 2000 - 2010? That 35 counties in upstate lost population between 2010 and 2012?

That Broome County had the largest population loss of any county, down 2,540 people, or 1.3 percent, to a total of 198,060 people in 2012? And that the county executive from 2005 - 2011 was a Democrat?

And what about Clinton County? It's lost population from 2010 to 2012? Did I mention that Clinton County is a Democratic county?

And so on.
