I work in insurance, have been for over 20 years. Satisfaction with coverage does not end with costs alone. There are other factors such as customer service and efficiency when paying claims. People get used to certain insurers and are familiar with their claims processes. Tearing them away from these companies and sending them to others they know nothing about doesn't serve the best interests of the public.
