But in all reality, you don't really KNOW the facts. All I can tell you is that morals clauses in entertainment contracts are serious business, and after so MANY shens over the years, they're pretty airtight. Now "advertising sales" might intervene and say, "we're making too much money on this" but eventually, the "no controversy" clause WILL get enforced. ANd I strongly suspect once Disney's ownership part in A&E gets to more people, it'll be Disney that breaks out that baseball bat. |
