What did you do for cardio?

Today I did a 100 yard sprint, all out/fast then 20 backward reverse sprints, running backwards.

Running backwards is great for the body. But you can't go long distance or you'll bump into someone.

Weather has been great here for outdoor activity.

There's lots of evidence that sprinting/intervals will increase T and fat loss while steady state cardio won't.
