Your understanding is narrow and shallow. You've said that you live in your own bubble. 3. It is not at all true. Liberalism for democracy. Conservatism is for aristocracy. And I don't mean the so-called "bourgeoisie," I mean Ancien Régime style aristocrats. Those are gone, but conservatives want them back. 4. That's because we place compassion above gutter considerations like sanctity and tradition. We react with emotion because we are humans and not animals bred to till the fields for our masters. 5. How is a boycott a danger to anything? Why should people patronize a business if they know their money is going to something they don't like? Would you rather live in a tyrannical socialist or corporatist society where you are forced to shop in a specific store? 6. That gun info is already public information. Professional licensees are also all listed in a state database. So are all property owners (on a county or local level). |
