As Ann Dunham had not yet reached the age of 19 years, she could not possibly have lived in the United States at least five years after attaining her 14th birthday, and therefore any child born to her outside the United States or any of their/its possessions would not be a natural-born citizen.

This is all academic as Obama was born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
