In your opinion..because the idea of bondage in the so called "land of the free" doesn't hold much emotional or logical content for someone like you.i didn't affect you..so it not worth your time to make a "note of it". but for a descendent..or someone with attachments to that dark history..it has plenty of "historical notable aspects".. i COULD take time out to relate to you the various material out there..places of interest..museums..etc..but that would be a waste of time. why dont you look into the Irish potato famine,that sent thousands of them to our shores? perhaps that should be of greater significance to you. |
