I would say that many slave traders were more evil and more widespread in their murderous habits than the perpetrators of the Bosnian genocide. Murder which is also genocide is worse but doesn't automatically put it into an inherently different category.And remember that the commander of Andersonville Prison was executed for the kinds of actions that slave traders did. In addition, some ethnic groups. not as big as the worldwide Jewish population, probably suffered bigger percentage losses from the African slave trade than Jews did from the holocaust. |
