Try tgeat in many outer borough neighborhoods.....do you think you would get over $2000 for a railroad apartment in a 6 family house in let's say Ridgewood ( a stable working class neighbor hod) no matter how nice you make it? A maxed out railroad apartment would be lucky to get $1500 at market rent. You really don't know do you.... |
