His plans were simply to build upon the successes of Mike Bloomberg.Unfortunately what Bill DeBlasio has offered is not possible. I am totally in agreement with keeping hospitals open especially LICH but how will that be done? I am in favor of good public education for all students, again how is this possible? His record as a councilman and public advocate were abysmal. How did he lead? If he was such a great leader, then why not be at the top or near the top during primary season. I will agree however that the mood is apparently upbeat. Unfortunately I believe it will be a very short honeymoon, I hope I am wrong. |
