Yes, that is the fundamental defect of the far-rght claim that most of Congress is stuffed full of RINOs.

I think their counter-argument is that the vast multitudes of true American conservatives have been pushed into non-voting apathy by the rampant liberalism. And further, voter fraud. Never forget voter fraud!
