Wrong. If he hadn't killed the kid he'd as innocent as Mr Martin is. Nor were charges dropped, another sign of innocence.

By your logic, if a case goes to trial, the defendant is not innocent. Why even bother with a trial then?

This particular innocent person did not need to die. Nor has he received justice for those he left behind.

Unfortunate, preventable things happen all the time.
