What's even MORE scary? The actual Pilot Flying (PF) the 777 on short final had, according to published reports, just forty-three hours in that type. "CAVOK" means "Ceiling And Visibility OK"--a bright, sunny day--and this flight crew STILL managed to tear the empennage right off their airplane...SMH! |
