If he was intending to be an observer why'd he take a gun?irrelevant it wasn't illegal for him to do so. Why'd he leave his truck? (remember he was advised NOT to) Leaving the truck and taking the gun were conscious choices Zimmerman made. Guns do NOT assist one's visual acuity. none of that affects the legality of his actions. |
