Where is the proof they were viable?The death of the woman was a result of either an overdose or a reaction to drugs administered under the doctor's supervision. That is malpractice. It is not murder, it does not involve premeditation or motive to take a life. Like I said, this case is being blown out of proportion by the RW, top to bottom. That doesn't make Dr. Gosnell innocent or absolve him of anything he did,which is plenty. It is being handled in the wrong spheres of law. |
