Obviously she sees this case as a referendum against abortion. It is not. It is a first degree murder trial and she is subverting fact to support her misguided political agenda. One can support legal abortion and still see gosnell as guilty. Evidence and testimony apparently show that he is. Of course, could there be a Bronx jury hearing this case? |
