It covers moderate drinking and the driving allowed is low speeds. No setting sail for Lake Plastered :POn paper it's kinda reasonable. Cops here used to make a judgement call about letting you drive home if you weren't too fubar. Now of course it's zero tolerance so that's changed. your pal, Fred |
