I will tell you, Dee is an illegal alien from Colombia who had a bebe in NYC so the bebe would be a citizen and both the bebe and Dee would qualify for welfare programs. Yes, Dee has a benefit card.

This has been going on for decades and now the bebes can vote.

It's the government programs that attract the Latino vote, more than immigration.
