Then they should get in touch with FEMA, who is on the island, get arrangements for temporary housing, file their claims and wait for rebuilding funds. At least they're OK. Help is available to them, but they have to pursue it. Nobody helps those that won't help themselves.What do they expect a new house tomorrow? That doesn't happen. Takes a year. |
