These were taken about 5-6 years ago.

LADOT 99005...a 35ft El Dorado EZ Rider Hybrid. I believe this was a demo or a trial test bus for LADOT

LADOT 87029, fresh outta rehab from CCW. Before rehab, the original fleet number was # 14444

LADOT 5163 ( Ex DenverRTD Neoplan ). After all the Gilligs were rehabbed, the Neos were returned back to Transit Sales International.

LACMTA 2808( 1990 Flxible Metro 40102-6T).
SCRTD/LACMTA originally purchased 70 of these units. They were all gone by 2004/2005

LACMTA 2910 ( 1991 Flxible Metro 40102-6T). These were my favorite flxibles in the fleet. These were retired from the fleet around the summer/fall of 2005 when the 2005 NABI 40LFWs arrived.

MTA 4703 on Route 439, back in the day when it used to go to Redondo Beach. It now terminates at Aviation Green Line Station. This is one of the many lines to be cancelled in June 2008.

Great pics. Couple of things:

There were 71 2800s (2800-2870)

Nice pic of 7777 when it was in Division 7 :) Of course MTA had to screw it up by moving it, first to D9 and then to its current D1 (unless it's somewhere else by now). All those low-floor NABIs that D7 had, and they have to take 7777. >:(

Yes 7777 is currently at Division 1. Saw it a couple months ago on the 460
