Nice!

I would imagine, unfortunately, that all the GMC New Looks, Flxibles, and AM Generals were retired that same year because of the 1994 Neoplans.

I don't think that all the GMC New Looks, Flxibles, and AM Generals were retired because of the 1994 Neoplans. I think that the AM Generals actually were replaced by the 1996/1997 New Flyers as most of the 81XX and 86XX RTSs were replaced by the 2001 Nova RTS-WFDs. The 1989 RTSs still haven't fully been replaced (as 8 remain in service) as the 2006 Gilligs replaced 1991 Neoplans and not 1989 RTSs.

How were the 1981 and 1986 RTS buses? Weren't they delivered with rollsigns at one point (I saw a photo of one with rollsigns) and did they survive until the end? Besides the windows, any major differences between the 1981, 1986, and 1989 RTS buses?

Nice photos. I like the previous paint scheme better -- it's very bold.

Unfortunately when I came to Tucson in 2003 the 81XX and 86XX RTSs were already gone.
