Deer passenger in Rhode Island |

Posted by Joe on Tue Jun 11 09:09:30 2024 RIPTA routes 1 and 3 run on Warwick Avenue in Warwick, Rhode Island. A deer came bounding out of Sachem Avenue, crashed through the windshield of a bus, and injured the driver and two passengers. Sole death was the deer.This happened on a commercial strip between bus stops. |

Deer actually cause a great number of deaths per year for drivers, some states being very high.But this has me thinking, why do bus windows always look flimsy? |
