They took control over the operating authority on this route, the Long Island commuter and the various charter contracts they had, including the NYC DOE contract.They do not operate to the Port...yet. |

So Academy owns the B110 now as well and quite a few of the other private Jewish buses in Brooklyn. Private Transportation is an MCIZ company.As well as CitySights NY (which was operated by MCIZ and owned by a MCIZ/Coach USA joint venture that also owns Grayline) |

No. They were split off into different companies that are still owned by the Maumerstein family:Private Transportation Corp = B110 United Bus LLC = CitySights NY, DC & LA RW Express LLC = Go Airlink Airport Shuttle Twin America (MCIZ/Coach USA joint venture) is in the process of being dissolved. |

Also, Academy is active in the NYC tourism scene through a different subsidiary (The New York Pass), and operating CitySights directly may have pose a conflict of interest. |

I thought the same too - on one of the later pages there is a successor clause covering the employment of Go Bus/MCIZ employees. It mentions that most if not all would be offered employment at their other subsidiaries. Upon quick look at the other subsidiaries, they were formally separated and created into different operating entities outside MCIZ. |
