Here are various photos of motorcoaches Ive driven over the past year.Van Hools ...... 2000 VanHool C2045 with a DD60 engine and Allison tranny with Jake Brake.  2001 VanHool C2045 with Cummins M11/Allison   Bakersfield Amtrak Station  2000 VanHool C2045 # 65912. It has a Cummins M11/Allison powertrain.     Taken at Mountain Center, CA ... somewhere between Hemet and Palm Desert    Some MCIs 65578 is a 1999 MCI 102DL3. This bus has a DD60 engine and Allison B500R6 tranny ( with retarder ). I had the pleasure of taking the CSUF sports team on a 3-day roadtrip to Northern CA in this bus - it was awesome. Photo taken at San Jose, CA  2006 MCI J4500 taken on a early morning charter at Palm Springs, CA    Universal Studios-Hollywood, CA  2008 MCI D4505  ...on a charter in Las Vegas, NV  Somewhere between Beatty, Nevada and Death Valley, CA  ....headed toward Big Bear, CA  ...Cal State Santa Barbara  ...added bonus. I find the VanHools C series to me more ergonomical than the J4500s. You cant push the seat back to get comfty in the Js. The ISRI seats are a different story |
