This is a competitive bid on the 74 bus contract. All bus manufacturer that are qualified can bid this and have a chance to get it. |

It still is competitive bidding, except in a RFP price is not the single overriding factor, there are other things that are considered such as delivery time, warranty, meeting specifications, etc. |
