Has anyone seen what this bus station looks like?

Is it a decent place to wait for a bus?

Is it a good place to operate intercity buses from?

Peter Pan and Greyhound are leaving June 21st. I'm thinking about backfilling to certain locations.

The Newton, Mass. bus terminal is simply the MBTA "Riverside" transit terminal of the Green Line.

These don't show much; hope it gives some idea. There's a small ticket office, transfer to the Green Line D-Riverside branch and three MBTA express bus routes, and 925 parking spaces.

WOW! I can't believe they're pulling out of Newton. That's the stop I used to always use when going to New Hampshire and there were always a good number of people getting on/off with me there. I would say it is a GREAT spot. Convinient for suburban Boston (including NH since that's where I was always destined when using this stop)

Newton is great! Greyhound Leaving?? Say it ain't so... I remember several times visiting my friend at BC, I would get off the Greyhound there and take the D. Lately though I have seen far fewer people getting on/off the Boston-Albany runs there.
It was also nice if you hear on the radio that there will be downtown traffic on the way in, you could just get off early (also where the FM tuner on my MP3 player would come in handy).
