Perhaps another instance of government bureaucrats treating the private sector less favorably. When PATH has a problem, NJT will accommodate displaced PATH passengers without having them purchase additional NJT tickets.(I have found no mention on the Metro North website whether or not MNCR is honoring ShortLine tickets, or if the organization is just avoiding making a decision and leaving it to its contractor--NJT--to decide for it.) |
