Shortline also operates line service west of Binghamton to Olean and north to Utica out of Binghamton (Chenango Valley Bus Lines). West of Binghamton, Shortline serves Waverly,Elmira,Corning,Bath,Hornell,Alfred,Belmont (I86-NY19),and Olean.thus two thirds of the Southern Tier would be affected if this is true.
