In short, only contract services (TZX, OWL, and TransitOrange) and service to Woodbury Commons AM, from Woodbury Commons PM (presumably with Gray Line New York drivers), along with regular line-run service to and from Binghamton---but not the early morning departure. Commuters in the Southern Tier are going to have to drive down to MTA territory to catch early morning trains from Port Jervis, or Ramsey-Rt. 17. |
