If you had an exxtra tractor, and one in service had problems, just switch it out. Minimum down time. The trailers were avalaible in 27' and 46'. So after peak hours, switch the 46' with a smaller one. Or run two small ones, and drop one when not needed.OCTD had the 46' trailers, the only transit property that I know of that ever had these SuperBuses. Supposedly Walt Disney World had one, but I could never verify it nor have I seen photos of it. The LA County Sheriff also did have one. These two in were in addition to OCTD's, so a total of 14 46' trailers, and only 2 27' demo's that I know of. |
