Not that I know of. OCTD changed paint schemes about 1987, with teal and magenta added to the orange. When the OCTA was formed and absorbed OCTD, they dropped the teal for blue, as the OCTA was already using blue. The magenta was actually a painted stripe. The decal was a orange and blue stripe with a clear area between the stripes so the magenta would show thru. Due to the strict California EPA regulations, painting is very restricted, so to circumvent the problem, they just eliminated the magenta altogether, just stretching the orange and blue to fill the gap.

Side note: Pueblo (CO) paint scheme was very similar to the original OCTD scheme, but without the black outline of the orange stripe.
