Is that Van Hool ex-AC Transit? If it is, an air conditioning unit would have to be added on.

No, it is not. It is actually a Van Hool Hydrogen Fuel Cell bus one of about 3 or 5, one Ct Transit, one SunBus, and about 1-3 AC Transit.
