This only applies south of Flatbush Avenue. East 21 St was Kenmore Place; East 22 St was Elmore Place; E 23 St was Delamere Place, and East 24 St was Mansfield Place. Bedford Avenue was E 25 St south of Avenue H. These streets ran as far south as Avenue U. North of Flatbush, these named streets were numbered. |
