Avenue C = Clarendon Road.The portion of Cortelyou Road west of Flatbush Avenue was originally called Road to Lotts House. The portion east of Canarsie Avenue(no longer a street but ran North South just east of Brooklyn Avenue) was called Canarsie Lane. |
