Posted by Nabinut on Tue Feb 20 10:06:21 2007 Friday was a very late start. Our Amtrak train was 7 hours late so instead of being there at 8:40am, we arrived at 3:50pm. Walking from the station to the hotel, i saw a lot of action starting with:1362: 2007 NFI D40LF (Old Style)-The then newest one on the street  806: 2007 NFI DE40LF (Old Style)  6023: 1995 Flxible Metro-E with wrap for Mexico:  5861: 1995 New Flyer D40LF with back wrap covering window:  4753: 1991 TMC RTS-06 WFD on express line 122:  From the hotel, we met up with another busfan and walked through downtown snapping more photos, among these were the following: 7689: 2003 Nabi 60-LFW near the beginning of service:  6679: 2000 Nova LFS turning from Michigan onto Wacker:  7717 on State street near the Chicago sign:  6697 on the 20 with an RTS behind on the same line:  6075 on the X28 with the Brown Line train in the background:  Nabi artic passing a New Flyer near the Wateer Tower loop:  Day 3 Later |
