The answer is very little has changed for all the 590 pages in the Final Draft.The big-picture needle may have moved just a little if indeed reliability has been increased (through pessimistic schedule padding and/or the stop removals), but in this case any significant bus-bunching would be ever the more embarrassing and a nightmare scenario for operations. |
