In one of the old surface transit mags there was a quiz which included the following question:What bus route belongs to one borough, runs entirely in another borough, and has a name including the name of a third borough? I knew then that it must be the B55, whose official route name was "Richmond Hill." The subsequent route prefix changes have effectively eliminated any such case of inconsistent borough assignment. |
