So are we at NYCT.We have plenty of potential candidates available from Civil Service exam lists. But once classes start there are many drop outs once they find out what the job entails. As time goes on right into them being out there on their own more drop out. In the final count, NYCT has well over half of them leave from the first day to the first year. |
