Doesn't seem like they removed too many stops on Atlantic. Liberty seems like they removed a few (and the Q112 doesn't go west of Cross Bay, but the (A) train does)

As for the B15, if you reroute the B14 to Cross Bay & Liberty/Rockaway, and extend the Q11 short-turns to JFK (either via Aqueduct or via Conduit) you have connections in both directions.
