[In 1956 Ulmer Park received all the new 6000 series Mack, They were the only Garage that received them]I don't believe they were the only garage. Staten Island received many of the new 6000 Macks. Also, I've seen photos of the very low numbered 6000's running on Fresh Pond routes, so I suspect Fresh Pond may have received some of them new also. |
