Legally, Nova purchased TMC from MCI, not just the RTS and the Roswell NM plant. In addition to the nameplates, the corporate stationery also had both the Nova and TMC logos. This was originally a separate deal from Nova purchasing the Classic and Ste. Eustache QC plant from MCI. |
