By British do you mean European? Israel was under a British Mandate following the Ottoman Era, so many rules of the road mirror British laws, but I'd describe the signage as European rather than belonging to any one country.

The 4 door artics are nice, but did you see the 5 (count 'em) door artics in the mix too?
