Because of the subway's reach within New York City today, I doubt that a restored Rockaway Beach line would have much of a market today. In fact, I would say that the Woodhaven SBS should run to LaGuardia Airport to make it a true north-south line. (Driver changes would be near the Victor Moore terminal in Jackson Heights.) |
