On some NICE Orions (I forget if they are Vs or VIIs) the side-signage is totally deplorable. The N22 to Hicksville comes to mind:N22 HICKSVILLE N22 LIRR STA N22 via HILLSIDE N22 AVE N22 via WESTBURY N22 AVE So silly! And while I'm thinking about it, does anybody remember the original Command Bus signage on the RTS CNGs (4900s)? The B100 side signage: B100 56 DR & B100 NATIONAL (which technically isn't where the terminal was, was it?) |
