I have always heard and even drive usually about 5-10 miles over the limit but I was once in a car where the driver was doing 60 in a 55 and we got pulled over. He argued even stating how cars were going passed him and it was unfair yards and the cop just said I caught you going over the speed limit. So who knows... |
