I get with the idea of the new College being place in Roosevelt Island for replacing the Q 102 with the Q 19 and Q 39 but why not consider the B 32 extension to Roosevelt Island. It would provide another tech route and alternative to the B 62 problem, also replacing the B 67 extension with the B 32 to either Sands St or Jay St - Metrotech Station. Would have more benefits than the current B 32 / B 67 setup |
